Shipping and Returns

In-Person Candle Making Classes

GRACE PERIOD: Please ensure you have read the grace period for your designated class. (10 Minutes) Please be advised that arriving after your classes designated grace period will result in a cancelation of your seat in which a refund will not be given and your class cannot be rescheduled.

Our candle making classes are non-refundable and advance booking is required with full payment. If you are unable to attend your session, the minimum rescheduling notice is required for your class. For inadequate rescheduling notice or no-shows, class fees will not be refunded nor will a credit be given. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any cancellations or rescheduling request must be completed through your booking email or contact us by phone during business hours!

 REQUIRED RESCHEDULING TIME FRAME!

  1. Weekend Day Classes- 48-hour requirement
  2. Saturday Night Live and Wine Down Wednesday Classes- 72-hour requirement.
  3. Private Parties and Date Night Classes -72-hour requirement.

Shipping

At Crafted Creations all of our products are made to order. We personally put love into each and every candle and other products, which takes time. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Shipping is USPS priority or shipped through UPS, and arrives within 1-3 business days unless shipped during the Holidays. Inclement weather may also cause a delay in delivery.

We thank you for being a part of our Crafted family and want to make sure we deliver the best possible product in return. Your patience and business is so appreciated.

  • We offer (LOCAL) In-store pickup for our customers within the vicinity of Atlanta, Ga. Please note that in-store pick ups are only available on Tuesday-Sunday between 1PM-6PM. Orders can take 7-14 business days to process. Once your order is packaged and completed, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. 

    Returns/Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Crafted Creations. We do not offer refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to one of the reasons below please contact us at craftedcreationz@chosengroup.org for a resolution. We ask that the return shipping be paid for by the customer

DAMAGES- If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Pourers Note: All of Crafted Creations candles are handmade with soy coconut based wax. You may notice slight variations in color from candle to candle. This is common with natural materials and does not affect the quality of your product.

Also Crafted Creations is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returned products. We do not assume responsibility for packages once they are processed into the carrier system. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information provided once shipped.
